N4G creators start anime portal

I'm always on the lookout for new sources of information when it comes to anime. Magazines, online sites, TV shows...I'll take it any way I can get. That's why I'm happy to see a major outlet put together a portal that should help anime fans find all the great articles and news out there.

The creative minds behind N4G, a user-submitted site for video game news, have recently opened AnimeShinbun.com. This new site is run in the same way as N4G. Users submit news stories or articles focusing on anime, and the content is voted on by moderators. If the story gets enough votes, it moves up to the actual user-end of the site, letting visitors check the story out and vote from there.

This should end up being a pretty useful source for anime fans that are always on the hunt for new content, specifically news. I'll be checking it out a few times a day to see what's going on in the industry, as this might be the best source for me to keep up-to-date on all the happenings! Of course, it's the job of anime fans the world over to provide the site with content!

Make sure you check the site out and see what you think. Of course, if you're feeling truly motivated, I wouldn't mind if you submitted an article or two from here!

  1. Yeah anime news network posts too many things that aren't relevant to what I like, so this might be useful for me. I'll give it a shot.
