If only I could understand Japanese. I am dying to see the new Lupin the Third TV series. It's available online to see, and it's all legal. The thing is, it's all in Japanese. I'm sure someone out there has already added subs for English viewers, but I want to keep things in the realm of the law-abiding.
At least I can drool over the absolutely gorgeous artwork from the first episode. Yes, it may not be as flashy or high-concept as the stuff most anime fans like, but I think it's truly beautiful. The character designs meshed with the color palette makes for something truly unique and stimulating.
I haven't watched it yet, but I did see the screens over at Kotaku and I was in love with the style. I downloaded it and hope to watch it while I have dinner tonight.
